I Heart Faces - "Bundled Up!"

This week at I Heart Faces the theme is, "Bundled Up!" Here is my entry! I hope you like it!
I gave it a blue-ish tint to make it 'colder.'

  4. Yes, the blue tint does make it feel 'colder.' I also love how there are pieces of ice (?) caught on the scarf. :)
